You may cancel your ReferNet subscription at any time by emailing us at refernet.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription". Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to all paid features until then.
We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email refernet.in@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment with: (a) Your registered email address; (b) Your payment ID from Instamojo; (c) Reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds will NOT be issued for: (a) Requests made after 7 days of payment; (b) Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations; (c) Partial months of service already used; (d) Change of mind after 7 days.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, please contact us at refernet.in@gmail.com. We will investigate and offer a refund or account credit if the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
If a payment was charged but your subscription was not activated, please contact us immediately with your payment ID. We will either activate your subscription or issue a full refund within 2 business days.
