ReferNet is a B2B SaaS platform that enables verified businesses to share trade deals, connect with suppliers and buyers, and earn referral commissions. We offer Free, Pro (₹499/month), and Business (₹1,499/month) subscription tiers.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business in India to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide, including GST details, is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at refernet.in@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely via Instamojo. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent deals; impersonate other businesses; scrape or copy our platform content; attempt to hack or disrupt our services; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
ReferNet facilitates connections between businesses. Any referral commissions earned are subject to successful deal closure as verified by both parties. ReferNet is not liable for disputes between users regarding deal terms or commission payments.
All content, branding, and technology on ReferNet is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
ReferNet is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including failed deals, data loss, or business losses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
